A leaking toilet had rotted the subfloor in a house that was about to go on the market. The seller needed a repair that was quick and done right.
Rob pulled the toilet, cut out the damaged subfloor and the damaged toilet flange, sistered the joists underneath and laid new subfloor. Then he pulled the baseboards, installed new LVP flooring and reinstalled everything.
