A cracked toilet supply line upstairs sent water across the bathroom floor, through it, and out of the exhaust fan in the bathroom below.
Rob replaced the supply line and the trim, and painted and sealed around it. Downstairs, he took down the exhaust fan and cut out all of the water-damaged ceiling drywall. Once everything had dried out, he put the fan back, patched the ceiling and repainted it.
Like nothing ever happened.
